This is a fun, dynamic class that explores more intermediate and advanced postures and transitions.

Options are given so you can do as much or as little as you like.

Includes practise & exploration of various pranayama and meditation techniques

7.30-9.30am

First Saturday of the month- Led Beginners (suitable for all levels)

Second Saturday of the month- Led Preparatory (Suitable for all, a good sequence for those who are fairly new to yoga)

Third Saturday of the month- Led Foundation (Some experience of yoga is useful)

Fourth Saturday of the month- Led Ashtanga Primary (Some knowledge of the postures is helpful as this is a moving meditation class there is less time for breaking postures down)

Fifth Saturday of the month- Led Intermediate (Comfortable with padmasana (lotus), sirsana (headstand) and urdhva dhanurasana (upward facing bow)

9 -9.30am

In these classes we will explore different meditation techniques which you can practice throughout the week in addition to your asana practice or instead of.

2-3.30pm

Workshop style class where we break down postures. Working with the principles of Vinyasa Krama we start with the foundations then add the building blocks one by one!
